The Company
Exactal is an established software company that develops, markets and distributes CostX, a leading edge estimating software product, throughout the world. We are experiencing dynamic growth and are looking for a person who likes to be challenged. The successful candidate will assist in developing the product as well as using their knowledge to assist in implementation. The person will be crucial in helping Exactal worldwide in achieving the company's objectives and will be a critical part of the company's future growth. Exactal has established offices in Australia, the UK and New Zealand.

The Position
The position is for a person who has a strong quantity surveying or estimating background and wants to use their skills in a wider, software orientated forum as part of a growing estimating team.
You will be responsible for your own tasks as well as working to assist the estimating, sales, marketing and software development teams. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Interfacing with users and analysing their needs and then translating these needs for the software developers;
• Consulting as necessary to ensure successful delivery of the software;
• Giving presentations for the product including demonstrations.

This role is diverse - you will assist the estimating, sales and development teams across a wide range of requirements adding your own expertise to ensure a creative solution.

The Person
You will have previous experience in quantity surveying, estimating or in the use of CostX and will possess the following qualities, experience and qualifications:

• High level of organisational skills;
• Ability to give presentations;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks;
• Ability to work independently;
• Commitment to producing the best product possible.
